The phone platform

Your whole phone system
in a browser tab

PBX, IVR, call queues, ring groups, voicemail, a softphone and a log of every call — one platform, all of it working the day you sign up. Bring your own SIP trunk if you have one. No box to buy and no server to run.

No credit card · Bring your own trunk, free · Cancel any time

What FoxLine is built on

  • Runs entirely in the browser
  • Bring your own SIP trunk
  • Tenants separated in the database
  • TLS and SRTP on every call

The whole line

A call crosses four layers. We run all four.

Trunk to switch, switch to your team, with nobody else in the middle. Which means that when a call goes wrong, finding out why is one conversation, not three.

  1. Your trunk

Connect your own carrier’s SIP trunk — as many as you like, at no extra charge. The minutes stay on their invoice at their rates, and we take nothing on top.

  2. The FoxLine switch

Where the IVR menu, business hours, holidays, ring groups, queues and voicemail decide who the call actually reaches.

  3. Your console

The whole system is built in the browser — extensions, menus, queues, rules. No config files, and nothing to SSH into.

  4. Your team

A softphone in the browser, an IP handset on the desk, or forwarded to a mobile. Every call lands in the same log either way.

The platform

Everything a phone system does. All of it, in one place.

Each tab is a part of the platform. Nothing to install, and nothing that needs an engineer to configure — it all works on the day your account is switched on.

Competition

Not an old system modernised. Built this way from the start.

Set beside the three familiar ways to run an office phone system here. Where we come out ahead is below, and so is the row where we do not.

Call recording is not built yet. It is on the roadmap and it is not running today, so it is a cross in our column. Every other row describes what is live now.

Where it is used

Businesses that run on the phone.

Where half the working day happens on a call, one missed ring is money. A few of the places this was built for.

E-commerce and delivery

One number with as many people behind it as you need. If everyone is busy the caller waits in a queue, and if a call is missed it stays on a list — so nobody has to remember who to ring back.

Getting started

Live in three steps

No card, no documents and no approval queue. The account is open the moment you confirm your email.

  1. Create your account

Your company name, your name and an email address. Click the link we send to confirm it is yours.

  2. Connect your trunk

Enter the host, username and password your carrier gave you, and watch the registration go green in the panel.

  3. Build it in the browser

Create your extensions, lay out your menu, open your queues, and make the first call. You will not touch a config file.

Questions

What people ask

What is FoxLine?

FoxLine is a phone platform. Instead of a PBX box in your office, your whole phone setup — extensions, IVR menus, call queues, ring groups, voicemail and a log of every call — runs in a browser and is configured there too. There is no server for you to run.

What does it cost?

Nothing to start: the free plan carries 2 seats and 100 minutes of calling a month, with the whole phone system behind it. Paid plans are $8 per seat per month for the platform, and $29 per seat per month if you also want automated calling. Yearly billing charges ten months instead of twelve. Call centres and large teams are quoted rather than listed.

Can I use my own SIP trunk?

Yes, and it is free. Connect a trunk from any carrier, as many as you like, on any plan. Your minutes stay on your carrier’s bill and we take nothing on top of them. If you do that, you never need to buy a number or a minute from us.

Do I need to buy equipment or install software?

No. You make and take calls in a browser with just a headset. Ordinary IP phones work too if you prefer them, but nothing is required. There is no PBX box, no cabling and no server.

How long does it take to go live?

The account exists as soon as you confirm your email address — there is no review and nothing to upload. After that, connecting your trunk and building your extensions, menus and queues is a few minutes of work in the browser, with no engineer and no vendor visit.

Do I have to buy numbers or minutes from you?

No, and you cannot: we do not sell either. Your calls go out over a SIP trunk you already have, at your carrier’s rates, on your carrier’s invoice. What you pay us is the seat, and nothing on top of what you call.

Is my company’s data safe?

Every company’s data is separated at the database level — one tenant cannot read another’s call records. All calls are encrypted with TLS and SRTP. We do not sell your data.

What if I want to stop?

Cancel from the panel at any time, with no penalty and no contract to be released from. The subscription runs to the end of the period you have paid for and then stops renewing; the account locks rather than being deleted, and your data is still there if you come back.
