How it goes

Three things you do. None of them is waiting for us.

  1. Open the account

Fill in the form below, then follow the link we email you to confirm the address. That is the account open — there is no review and nothing to upload.

  2. Connect your trunk

Enter the host, username and password your carrier gave you. The panel shows the registration going green, so you find out it works before you need it to.

  3. Add your people and call

Create extensions, lay out the menu, open a queue if you need one. Your team log in with a browser and a headset. No config file, no engineer, no vendor visit.

What to have ready

Have these to hand and the whole thing is one sitting.

  • Your carrier’s SIP trunk details — host, username and password
  • The numbers on that trunk you want answered here
  • Names and email addresses for the people who will use it
  • A headset, if you plan to make the first call yourself

Questions about starting

Do I need a card to sign up?

No. Signup opens a free account: 2 seats and 100 minutes of outside calling a month, with the whole phone system behind it. A card is asked for only if you decide to move onto a paid plan.

Do you need company documents or ID?

No. Your calls go over a SIP trunk you already hold a contract for, and your carrier has done the identity check that matters. We ask for an email address and a password.

How long does it take to go live?

The account exists as soon as you confirm your email address. How long the rest takes is how long it takes you to type your trunk details in — for most people the first call is the same afternoon.

What happens when the 100 free minutes run out?

Outbound calling stops and people can still call you. A call already in progress is ended at the second the allowance runs out rather than running over it, and the allowance resets at the start of the next month. Upgrading removes the limit entirely.

Can I start with one person?

Yes. Start with one, add people when you need them, and on a paid plan the bill follows the seats rather than the other way round.
