Let’s talk
In every paid plan
A phone system that withholds call transfer to sell you a bigger plan is not a cheaper phone system, it is a broken one. Every paid plan is the complete PBX. The ladder is about how much calling you want automated.
Your carrier
FoxLine is not a phone company and does not want to be one. You keep the carrier you already have — the contract, the rates, the invoice — and point it at us. That is the whole connection step.
It also means there is no per-minute rate card on this site to read, and no country list to check.
Free plan
Not a fourteen-day trial that deletes your setup. It is a real account you can leave running — enough to put two people on the phone, build the IVR you actually want and hear how it sounds before any money changes hands.
One person who logs in and makes or receives calls. If a phone sits in a warehouse and five people share it, that is one seat. You add and remove seats yourself, and the bill follows on the next invoice.
Outbound calling stops for the rest of the calendar month and starts again on the first. Incoming calls keep working the whole time, because a limit that makes your customers hear a failure is a limit that costs you more than it saves. A call already in progress when you reach 100 minutes is allowed to finish the second it can afford and no longer.
No. Nothing is metered on a paid plan. Your only ceiling is whatever your own SIP trunk allows, and that is a conversation with your carrier rather than with us.
No. Extension-to-extension calls never touch a trunk and are never counted, on any plan. Charging a free account for testing its own phone system would be a strange way to get it evaluated.
Automated outbound calling — campaigns, contact lists, retry rules, a do-not-call list, recorded audio and keypad responses. If you need a machine to work through a list of numbers, that is Advanced. If your team dials by hand, Basic is the same product otherwise.
Yes, in the panel, in both directions. Upgrading takes effect immediately and is prorated. Downgrading takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for.
The account keeps working until the end of the period you have paid for, then stops accepting calls and becomes read-only. Nothing is deleted on the day it expires — your configuration, history and recordings are still there if you come back.
When the seat count is high enough that the list price is the wrong price, or when you are running a call centre and the shape of the deployment matters more than the plan name. Tell us the seat count and the call volume and we will quote it.
Two seats and a hundred minutes, without a card. Upgrade when the phone system has earned it.
